You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 2jbe will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact 2jbe support immediately. All actions taken through your account before you report a security concern remain your responsibility.
Your 2jbe account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted or lent to any other person. Allowing another person to operate your account — including for betting purposes — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Never share your 2jbe password with anyone — including people claiming to be 2jbe support staff. Legitimate support will never ask for your password.
All financial transactions on 2jbe are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing.

Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full. Please review the bonus terms for your specific promotion before requesting a withdrawal.
2jbe runs a range of bonus offers and promotions for registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Most bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be played through twenty times in total. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100% while sports bets or certain other games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published alongside each promotion.
2jbe monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings from bonus funds forfeited and the account suspended pending review.
Bonuses that are not used or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings cannot be reinstated.

Each game or betting market operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or market interface.
All slot and fish game titles available on 2jbe use certified random number generation (RNG). Results are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, account history or platform configuration. Payout percentages (RTP) are published by game providers and 2jbe does not alter these figures.
Cricket betting on 2jbe covers PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major tournaments. Markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of abandoned matches, disputes or result reversals, 2jbe follows standard industry settlement procedures. Void bets are returned as stake.
